Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to streamline daily operations, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Minimal Lead Generation: Conduct basic lead generation activities to identify potential clients or opportunities for business growth. This may involve research, data entry, and lead qualification.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses via email or other communication channels. Resolve issues or escalate them as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Calendar Management: Manage the calendars of key team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders efficiently.
Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, inputting data and updating information as necessary.
Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Research Tasks: Conduct research on various topics as assigned, compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between team members, clients, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.) or Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of lead generation techniques and customer service principles.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation or customer service roles.
