At The Body Bulletin, we focus on creating healthy habits that last for life for my busy professional women clients. We help with nutrition, macros, metabolism, functional lab testing, healthy habits, and A LOT of mindset coaching.
I am looking for a VA to come in and assist with providing daily admin, organization, software tool management, technical setup, troubleshooting, and support.
You’d be perfect for this role if you are super organized, a whiz with technology, tools, connection online systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to this list)
– Administrative: sales tracker, client tracker management, client onboarding management, adding files to client folders, – Google Drive client organization, tracking client payments and payment plans, ordering labs in the system for clients
– Blogging – adding (pre-written) content to WordPress and formatting/editing for Yoast SEO, adding SEO optimized images, meta description
– WordPress edits, updates, and using page builders to design new landing pages for products, services, and webinars.
– ClickFunnels management, edits, setup new funnels
– SEO research and optimizing for Google/Pinterest
– Facilitate and execute moving to new tech tools (i.e. scheduling tool)
– Clickup – creating/managing projects and updating clickup along the way
– Tech: funnels, tech updates, update website pages, create sales pages, etc Projects ongoing, ability to work independently to learn a tool and implement a change. Ability to comprehend a project purpose and implement work
– Podcast research and pitching for founder
– Attending team meetings
– Works closely with other team members as needed to strategize, promote, and represent The Body Bulletin brand in the most professional manner
– Ensures all prospects and clients feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service
