Job Description

Position: Virtual Assistant – Part time (with the opportunity to extend to full time)
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 

Position Objective & Roles/ Responsibilities: 
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to, and be a part of, a growing business, work in a fast-paced, deadline based environment, providing administration support to clients and other team members.
Ideally you will have remote administrative experience, be highly efficient and be no stranger to excellent communication. You will find this an amazing opportunity to develop and refine your skills within an established business.
Your role will involve:
* managing email enquiries 
* liaising with clients and suppliers
* scheduling appointments
* providing administrative support to other team members (including electronic filing, typing, research etc) 
* Setting up and scheduling of client projects
* archiving projects
* managing the client database
* client follow ups

Your skills and attributes will include:
* A high level of organisational and time management skills
* A high level of English competency in written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
* Proficiency in Trello, Google and Flodesk
* Social media content and management experience
* A highly motivated attitude, great work ethic and the ability to see what needs doing without needing to be asked
* Professional yet friendly manner
* Ability to follow systems and procedures but also have the confidence to ask questions or discuss alternatives if you see a better way
* Tech savvy, with the ability to research and implement new ideas and systems
* Experience and knowledge to perform general website and integration research

Your knowledge and experience will include:
* At least 3+ years’ experience within a reception/administrative/virtual assistant role or similar
* Knowledge and experience in Design and Marketing Administration is highly desirable but not essential
