Job Description

Introduction
Our company is in need of someone special to fill a role as a virtual assistant on our team to help us with outbound marketing and lead generation through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms to promote our 5 Day Virtual Challenge.  

About You
In order to be successful at this job, here are some things we are looking for in our ideal person (hopefully you!):
Learn how to discern whether a profile is a good prospect or not for our business based on the criteria provided. For example, we will have a large list of profiles and one of the criteria may be “business owner”. This means you will need to look at their profile and see if they are an entrepreneur or not based on what they post.
Log into each of our social media accounts to send out new messages (and responding to old messages) using scripts that we provide for you and tracking the progress of these messages in our Google Sheets.
Each social media platform has messaging limitations or else our accounts can be banned, so it is very important to be aware of these on a daily basis and stay below them.
Additionally, the messages are ideally sent spaced out during our working hours in our time zone (and not yours). For example, LinkedIn frowns upon messages sent during our non-business hours because it is an indicator of spamming.
Working hours – We are based in the Eastern time zone. Although it’s not mandatory you work 100% within our working hours of 10 AM – 6 PM, it’s helpful if there is some overlap for the above reason and so that we can communicate synchronously as well as with the people you message or else we will have slow and long conversations that takes days instead of hours.
Expected number of hours to work – You will be expected to work 3-4 hours a day Monday through Friday, which is about 65-80 hours a month.
You will need decent English comprehension. Although we have scripts for you to copy and paste, the better applicants for this job will understand English well so that if the conversation goes off the script, you can understand and learn what to do (we will coach you).
Based on the above, this job is a good fit for you if you are friendly and customer service oriented, enjoy reaching out and talking to people so that we can help them through our business, social media and tech savvy, and not easily discouraged if you receive any negative responses from the outreach messages because you will.

What You Get
You will be paid $200-300 per month depending on your performance. 
There will be an additional $25-$50 for each person you find that upgrades into our Academy (we’ll discuss this breakdown during the interview)
This is currently a part-time position, but we would love to find and work with someone who we can grow this into a full-time position where you can receive a consistent full-time salary for your family plus bonuses.
