Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage various tasks, and help streamline our operations to improve efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. High emphasis on the ability to present information clean and clear manner in Canva, PowerPoint or Google Presentations.
FLUENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
Key Responsibilities:
– Data Entry: Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
– Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
Research: Conduct internet research on various topics and compile information, including quotes, pricing/feature comparison on products.
– Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
– Travel Arrangements: Book restaurants, flights, hotels, and organize travel itineraries.
– Financial Tasks: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
– Project Management: Assist in coordinating and tracking project progress.
– Event Planning: Organize virtual or in-person events, including scheduling and logistics.
– Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
– Email Management: Sort, respond to, and organize emails; ensure timely responses.
– Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, and provide excellent customer support.
– Content Management: Update blogs, websites, and other online content.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
– Knowledgable about US/Canada consumer, traditions, customs, etc.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
– High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
– Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Klayvio)
– Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
