Lion & Cub Photography is a small business brand (launched mid-2011) in the luxury/boutique family, baby, and business portrait space in Australia. I operate from a creative shared studio space in St Peters, Sydney, Australia. I also have another brand called Lioness Photography which is boudoir and lingerie portraits which is for women who want to have beautiful photos of themselves. Some of these include pole dancing photography as my studio has a pole.
I am seeking an experienced administration and Social Media marketing person to support our organic social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin.
Demonstrated experience creating engaging content across the main platforms, engaging with and growing an audience, working with a premium brand and reporting on all aspects of campaign data.
The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, understand and adapt quickly to current trends and be able to comment on posts, create content for blogs from a bullet point list I provide with names, locations and dates etc.
A passion for fitness for marketing, photography and social media is an advantage.
The software I use is Lightroom, Photoshop, Fundy for album design, Pic-Time for online galleries, reels, and blogs, and Meta Suite for scheduling plus Canva for social media. My CRM is 17 hats and I have automation set up. I have brand colours and fonts and style guidelines.
I can provide training on how to use some of these via Loom videos and zoom meetings.
The ideal candidate can be a mother working from home who wants extra work and someone who is okay with photos of women in lingerie and then be able to switch to the family-oriented arena of my work as each brand is different, though created in the same studio.
Please include a cover letter with five examples of professional portrait photos that you love of babies, families or pets and up to date CV with your application. I would also love you to write two marketing campaign titles for a mini session for families with babies to be photographed by me in my studio.
