Virtual assistant

We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team, capable of handling a range of tasks related to order processing, customer support, basic bookkeeping, Canva design, and Capcut video editing. While expertise in each area is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and execute these tasks with proficiency is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

Efficiently manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment.
Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders.

2. Customer Support:

Handle email correspondence, organize inboxes, and provide responsive phone support.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

3. Excel and Basic Bookkeeping:

Use Excel for organizing and tracking various data related to the business.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial records.

4. Canva Design:

Create visually appealing designs using Canva.

5. Capcut Video Editing:

Basic Capcut video editing skills.

In addition to these tasks, there will be other e-commerce responsibilities for which you do not need prior knowledge. You will quickly overcome them with the assistance of our team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial.
Understanding and proficiency in order processing, customer support, and Excel.

It is necessary to have proficient English language skills and a clear accent, as this is essential for phone customer support.

Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and a willingness to learn.
Basic skills in Canva design for creating visually pleasing graphics.
