Job Description:
The Dorsey Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM PST. The pay range is $650-$1,000 per month, depending on candidate experience.
Email Management
•? ?Inbox Management:
o Monitor and manage 6 email accounts, with one primary account.
o Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails as needed.
o Flag important emails for follow-up.
•? ???Email Communications:
o Draft and send reminder emails.
o Handle routine email correspondence.
Calendar Management
•? ?Scheduling:
o Use Calendly for scheduling appointments and meetings.
o Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are avoided.
•? ?Reminder Notifications:
o Send reminders for upcoming appointments and deadlines.
o Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for scheduling.
Personal Assistance
•? ?Daily Check-ins:
o Perform daily check-in tasks for 15-30 minutes.
o Provide a summary of completed tasks and pending items.
•? ?Personal Research:
o Conduct research on various topics as requested.
o Summarize and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
•? ?Data Entry:
o Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
o Maintain organized and accessible records.
•? ?Document Management:
o Organize and maintain digital and physical documents.
o Ensure documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Communication
•? ?Phone Management:
o Handle phone calls using Ring Central.
o Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
•? ?Internal Communication:Use WhatsApp for team communication.
o Ensure timely and clear communication within the team.
Tools and Software
•? ?Product Management Platforms:
o Proficient in using Kajabi or similar platforms.
•? ?Marketing Tools:
o Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, ConvertKit)
o Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
•? ?Analytics Tools:
o Proficient in using Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics, and other
tracking tools.
•? ?Design and Editing Software:
o Skilled in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating
marketing materials.
CRM Support
•? ?Kajabi Management:
o Set up and manage Kajabi programs for email newsletters and other CRM tasks.
o Learn and become proficient in using Kajabi.
•? ?Database Nurturing:
o Use email and SMS to nurture the database and encourage reviews.
o Maintain and update contact lists.
