Job Description

Growing Real Estate Agent And Brokerage seeks a highly motivated, fast learner, with excellent spoken English skills.

More important than already knowing any particular tool or having any particular skill is the ability to learn new online tools to accelerate the business. I will pay you to learn new platforms and tools to use in the business!

Must Have Skills/Abilities Proficient Spoken English, Ability to and willingness to Learn and Adapt Quickly in a Dynamic Online Work Environment, Work well with a team, including other VAs and Video Editors, Be able to analyze and manipulate data sets, Ability to work an Eastern Standard Time work schedule (it’s important for this VA to be working when I’m working to support my clients and me as we are working in “real time.” Must be available via WhatsApp for “telephone calls” to work on solving problems for clients and me during the Eastern Standard Time time zone in the US (I’m in Michigan). Work day here would be from 12noon to 8pm or (12:00AM to 8AM PH Time) and you must be able to work those hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday & Tuesday would be off.

This position will be a set work schedule with projects that you’re working on (projects assigned through Click-Up), and then you need to be available during the above-mentioned work times for me to interrupt those ongoing projects with new tasks to serve my clients and support me as I work with clients to close real estate deals.

Managing CRM & integrations with other databases
Managing social media posts
Using Real Estate Online Applications to serve clients (No previous experience necessary with these but an ability to learn quickly).
Manage my Calendar and Email
Website building and management (I’d like to have continual updates and additions to my website that maximize SEO and integrate with my YouTube Channel).
Using ChatGPT effectively to write scripts for YouTube Videos. Be able to effectively research to ensure ChatGPT’s accuracy. Create Effective Thumbnails for YouTube
Website and Landing Page Management
CRM Management – Email Marketing

About me: I own my own real estate brokerage. I have been working with a video editor and a part time virtual assistant who does not work at the same time as I do. I will be adding another Video Editor soon. It’s important that this new hire is able to work with these other virtual workers well and help the team move projects along to completion and to work together to serve clients and accomplish business goals.
