Position Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong accounting background and expertise in data entry and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to join Nock Pay. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our team, manage financial records, handle data entry tasks, and effectively utilize CRM software to enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Maintain accurate financial records for Nock Pay and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare and organize financial reports as required.
Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
Data Entry:
Efficiently input and update data in various systems and databases.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Generate reports from data collected.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and relationships for Nock Pay.
Maintain a comprehensive customer database.
Assist in tracking customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
Help with email marketing campaigns and customer communication.
Administrative Tasks:
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for Nock Pay.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.
Assist with document management and organization.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with Nock Pay team members and clients.
Collaborate with other Nock Pay departments as necessary.
Provide regular updates and reports to Nock Pay management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in data entry and data management.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
