Virtual Assistant (Customer Support & Administration)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires a focus on customer communication, debt collection, and managing instagram theme pages. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder, ready to tackle various tasks to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Customer Support**: Respond to customer emails, handle communication for customer inquiries, process refunds, and manage account setups on our online platforms. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
– **Debt Collection**: Contact customers with failed payments to notify them of the issue and arrange for payment solutions. Set up new order forms and follow up to ensure successful transactions.
– **Sales and Marketing Support**: Manage communication with potential customers for our theme pages, sell shoutouts, set up order forms, and ensure timely collection and follow-up.
– **Administrative Support**: Assist in creating and maintaining systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Proficient use of Google Sheets is required to track and manage data effectively.
– **Process Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to improve processes and automate tasks where possible to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Experience with Google Sheets and creating administrative processes.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
– Previous experience in debt collection and sales is highly advantageous.
