Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and manage our Amazon FBA brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes, with a proven track record of effectively managing Amazon FBA brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Optimization:
– Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and upload images.

Inventory Management:
– Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
– Coordinate with suppliers and manage shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses.
– Reconcile inventory discrepancies and handle stranded inventory issues.

Order Fulfillment:
– Track and resolve issues with orders, including missing or damaged items.

Customer Reviews and Feedback:
– Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
– Implement strategies to gain and improve customer ratings and satisfaction, such as email lists and follow-ups.
– Address negative feedback and work towards resolving customer issues.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
– Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
– Stay updated on Amazon’s policy changes and implement necessary adjustments.
– Handle any account health issues and work to maintain a positive account standing.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience managing Amazon FBA brands.
– Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
