Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in content creation and social media management, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging content for our social media platforms, particularly Instagram. You’ll be responsible for creating captivating posts, writing compelling captions, and conducting hashtag research to maximize our reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, excellent writing skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop creative and visually appealing content for Instagram, including graphics, photos, and videos.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, values, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas and campaigns.

Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our Instagram account, including scheduling and publishing posts.
Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize our presence on Instagram.

Caption Writing:
Write compelling and engaging captions that resonate with our audience and encourage interaction.
Tailor captions to suit the tone and style of our brand while incorporating relevant hashtags.

Hashtag Research:
Conduct thorough research to identify relevant and trending hashtags within the beauty and cosmetics niche.
Strategically incorporate hashtags into our posts to increase visibility, reach, and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth on Instagram.
Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in content creation and social media management, particularly on Instagram.
– Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and engaging content.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
– Knowledge of hashtag strategies and best practices for increasing discoverability on Instagram.
