Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant (40 hours / week). Please follow the application instructions below or else your application will not be considered.

This position will be responsible for the listed tasks below. You will typically be managing around 10 tasks at a time and will constantly get new tasks and updated priorities so it will be a high pressure environment. Attention to detail and frequent communication are incredibly important.

1. Data entry – inputting text details of fitness programs into our software so people who purchase programs can access them in our app.

2. Data entry – inputting written recipes and food photos into our digital cookbook templates so people who purchase the cookbooks can access them in our app.

3. Assist in updating photos and text in pre-existing design templates in Figma. This primarily consists of assets to share on social media.

4. Lead generation and management – finding leads on Instagram and Tik Tok that satisfy our internal criteria. Input leads into our client database and manage / update the database over time.

5. Email management – help organize and assist inquiries from clients using HubSpot and Gmail.

We are a digital fitness company that works with creators to grow their online business, so the work mentioned above will be in service of our creators, and it is very rewarding to see them to grow their businesses and succeed!

You will be the third hire on our Filipino team. Our US and Filipino teams use Slack to communicate and are in touch on all things throughout the day.

We will make sure you receive all the necessary training and support to do well in your role. We invest a lot of time and effort in your training, and similarly ask a lot of you once you are fully onboarded.

Salary for this role is Php 35,000/month.
