We are looking for a highly dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is task-driven and focused to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for completing various tasks to support our team and our clients. At our company, we prioritize finding the right fit for our culture and environment
Depending on your qualifications, your responsibilities MAY include:
1. Administrative tasks: This can include managing emails, scheduling appointments, arranging travel plans, conducting research, managing databases, and preparing reports.
2. Communication: Managing phone calls and responding to emails and messages.
3. Social Media Assistant: This can include creating and posting content on social media platforms, managing social media accounts, doing graphics and doing engagement.
4. Data entry: This may include inputting information into spreadsheets or databases.
5. Customer service: This can include responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and managing customer accounts.
6. Project Management: Responsible for managing projects, delegating tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
-Experience working in a team environment with a lot of collaboration
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
-Comfortable with using technology to communicate with the team and clients
