Virtual Assistant

Hi there!

We are a medium-sized, online craft supply store (Click to view) and we are looking for a virtual assistant who can take on several tasks to help our store run smoother. Some of your primary responsibilities would be:

1. Make listings for new products. This is done in a Google Sheets document and then uploaded to Shopify. This is done several times a month on an as-needed basis, depending on when new products are released.

2. Exporting CSV files from various software systems and importing them into Google Sheets so we can use the most up-to-date data. This would be done very regularly, nearly every day.

3. Adjust product prices on Etsy. This is a large project that would keep you busy for a while initially. Once these are all caught up, you would need to adjust prices of any new products that are added and publish them to Etsy.

4. Handle some customer service requests. Many of our customers ask the same type of questions so we have email templates that can be modifying on a per-case basis and sent. As you get to know our store better there would be a potential to grow in the number and types of email correspondence you could handle.

Experience or skills in any of the following would be a plus, but certainly not required: social media management, graphic design, and Google Ads. Please let me know if you have experience in these areas.

We highly value our employees and we do not ever want them to feel overwhelmed or overworked, so if you think that you would be a good fit for us and we hire you, we would train you at a reasonable pace and not expect you to start on all of these tasks at once.

Please let me know the maximum number of hours you are able to work each week along with what you would consider to be the ideal minimum hours per week you would want to work.

Pay for this job would vary from week to week depending on how much work there is. Once you are fully trained and performing all of the above-mentioned tasks along with other tasks added in the future, you could possibly be working up to 40 hours per week.
