Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team at Spinal Solution. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinic’s operations by efficiently managing administrative tasks, handling communication with leads and existing patients, and contributing to our social media marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential leads sourced from various platforms, including Meta (Facebook).
Follow up with existing patients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to schedule appointments and ensure exceptional customer service.
Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with our audience, share relevant content, and promote our services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using communication and productivity tools such as email, Google Suite, and project management software.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing principles.
Sales experience is a definite plus.
Background or interest in healthcare, chiropractic, or physiotherapy is preferred but not required.
