We are after a Virtual Assistant professional who has exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and are tech-savvy. To succeed, you be self-motivated, have discipline, and have an eagerness to learn.

We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant to join our AWESOME team to do:
Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
Oversee automation tools for LinkedIn & Email
Take transcription and handle correspondence
Handle candidate inquiries email
Data entry – CRM, Applicant Tracking System
LinkedIn and email replies/filtering
Candidate sourcing (if of interest)

– Has existing Linkedin Account
The Role:
You’ll be tasked with supporting the founder to begin with and as they scale, partnering with other remote team members and recruitment consultants. This will include overseeing crucial functions involving automation tools and software. If of interest, you may also help source top talent as per role given on top of administrative works related to candidate sourcing i.e., database building, building network of candidates in LinkedIn.
Requirements:
– MUST have 2+ years doing similar role at a recruitment agency
– Experience in LinkedIn ideally using Sales Navigator and an Applicant Tracking software (we use Recruiter Flow)
– Experience with automation tools/software for LinkedIn and Email (ie Dripify & Smartleads)
-Familiarity with project management software Trello ideally
– Technical Savvy Reliable Computer (with camera) and readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
– Internet connections (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
– Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
