Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
Organize and manage digital files and documents with impeccable accuracy.
Oversee email correspondence, manage executives’ calendars, and schedule meetings.
Prepare detailed reports, compelling presentations, and comprehensive meeting agendas.
Coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution.
Marketing:
Craft and implement robust marketing strategies to elevate NECF’s visibility.
Design and manage impactful email marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing metrics to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
Social Media Management and Design:
Strategically manage NECF’s social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Create captivating content and high-quality visuals to engage and grow our audience.
Stay ahead of social media trends and monitor audience engagement to maximize reach.
Website Optimization and Design:
Maintain and enhance the NECF website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Design and deploy website updates and enhancements regularly.
General Administrative Tasks:
Assist with bookkeeping and meticulous financial record-keeping and data entry.
Conduct thorough research and compile insightful data reports.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Business Administration Skills:
Support strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Ensure efficient office operations through robust administrative support.
Assist in Business Development:
Identify and research potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations.
Support fundraising and grant application processes.
Project Management:
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
Coordinate with team members and head of administration to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular, detailed updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a high-performing Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Advanced graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent tools.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and current best practices.
Demonstrable experience in website management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar platforms) and SEO.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in business administration and development is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Christian fellowship communities is an asset.
