Job Description

Looking for someone who has great organization skills and the ability to research specific companies while organizing communications. Basically, I offer web design and business coaching to fitness trainers and gyms. I only work with in-person businesses and NOT online trainers

I need someone to find Google Business Profiles for small gyms and fitness / personal training studios. It would probably be a good idea to focus on one specific city / area at a time.

Side note – we are only currently looking for gyms within the USA.

I would then like you to manage a spreadsheet (preferably google sheets so we can access it easily) where you add the following information about the gyms / personal training studios found:

– Gym Name
– Contact Name
– Google Profile Link
– Address (separated into address, address line 2, City, state, and zip)
– Website URL if available
– Contact Phone Number
– Email Address
– Contact Attempts
– Last Contact Date
– Notes / Reply

I will create a template for various emails. I would like you to email this list and followup to those who do not respond. Also, I will give follow up templates to those who show interest.

For those who do not respond to the final email, I would like a list of full addresses so that I can send a direct mail letter.

Also, I would like to provide a list of email addresses that I have already sent letters to. I would like you to cross reference those with the above list to make sure we are not emailing the same person again. If they are not on the above list, I would like to send out 2 emails (again, I’ll provide templates) to that list as well.

There will be some other work regarding research and list building as well.

If possible, please provide a sample of how you would proceed with this job.
