Our Company is seeking a highly organized, responsive, and engaging Virtual Assistant/customer service representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in managing our email communications and social media messages to ensure a seamless and efficient interaction with our clients and community. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a passion for gaming and content creation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email Management: Promptly respond to incoming emails, categorize them for internal action, and ensure that all communications are handled with a high level of professionalism and in a timely manner.
Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to messages and comments on our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Engage with our community by providing helpful information, addressing inquiries, and escalating issues as necessary.
Customer Support: Provide first-level support by answering questions related to our services, troubleshooting common issues, and offering guidance on optimizing gaming and content creation setups.
Content Coordination: Assist in scheduling and posting approved content across various social media platforms. Ensure that all posts are aligned with our brand voice and content strategy.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report feedback from emails and social media interactions to help improve our services and customer experience.
Administrative Tasks: Perform additional administrative tasks as required, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing a content calendar.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or similar role, preferably in the IT or gaming industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Familiarity with gaming and content creation technology is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
