The company is growing exponentially in providing Marketing Services for Businesses across the globe.
We have worked with over 200+ clients for the past 7 years and we are looking to hire virtual assistants from the Philippines that will help our clients implement the same approach to their business.
Training is in place and the workload is very straightforward.
Here are some more details on the roles: The role is could either be Part time / Full Time, Non voice – WFH – outreach role, operationally focused with the aim of scheduling meetings for the client thru launching cold email campaigns. The email scripts and content for the campaigns will all be completed by someone else.
The core responsibilities of this role will include:
– Launching weekly Email campaigns using pre built automation tools.
– Ensure good deliverability, check domain reputation, and be proactive in fixing any issues.
– Upload leads to an AI Video maker for a more personalized email campaign.
– Lead sourcing for specific criteria through lead tools such as Apollo and Seamless.
– Reporting and communication with the client in terms of campaign performance and insights.
– Responding to positive responses from outreach campaigns using a FAQ sheet.
How the hiring process works,
First you’ll screened individually and we’ll send an email to invite the ones qualified for an initial interview with me (Client Success Manager).
Once passed, we’ll line you up for our clients that is looking to choose their VA.
