Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client records.
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm nurses for client and caregiver visits.
Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Client Support: Assist in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Social Media Management: Maintain and update the agency’s social media profiles and create content to engage with the community.
Billing and Invoicing: Assist with preparing and processing invoices and tracking payments.
Report Generation: Compile and generate reports as needed for management review.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven 1-2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time.
Technology: Reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup.
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and SOCi, along with basic content creation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
