Position Overview: As a Virtual Assistant, you will be an essential support figure for our executives, ensuring their daily operations run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will encompass inbox and calendar management, event coordination, online shopping facilitation, and conducting in-depth research. You must be proactive, self-sufficient, and available during UK working hours, with excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to executives, including handling confidential information, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
•Inbox Management: Efficiently manage executives’ inboxes, prioritize emails, respond on behalf of the executives, and ensure timely follow-ups.
•Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings and events seamlessly.
•Event Coordination and Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage both virtual and in-person events, handling all logistics effectively.
•Online Shopping Facilitation: Assist executives with online shopping needs, including product research, making purchases, and managing deliveries.
•Multi-tasking and Delegation: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and delegate tasks when necessary to ensure efficiency.
•In-depth Research: Conduct detailed research on a variety of topics as required by executives, providing comprehensive and well-organized information.
•Property Management Support (Plus): Provide support with property management tasks if applicable.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role supporting executives.
•Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
•Proactive and able to work independently without supervision.
•Advanced knowledge of inbox management and calendar management.
•Advanced knowledge and capability in event coordination and management.
•Advanced knowledge of and capability in facilitating online shopping needs.
•Strong multi-tasking abilities and experience with delegation.
•Excellent research skills with the ability to conduct in-depth research on various topics.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Available to work during UK timezone working hours.
•A background in property management is a plus.
