About Me:
I am a writer who is passionate about storytelling. I am looking to take my brand to the next level and need a virtual assistant who is dedicated to learning and growing while working with me. You will be my right-hand person and I need you to be a fast learner, always honest, and dedicated to the work that we will be doing together. I am extremely passionate about what I do and want to make a profound impact on the world. You will help me run my personal writing brand as well as my publishing company. I learn very fast, move very quickly, and am committed to being the very best at what I do. I appreciate the honest feedback. If I do something you don’t like, I want to know about it. If you think I can do something better, I want to hear your ideas. I want our working relationship to be based on trust, honesty, and respect. This is a long-term relationship. We will rely on each other, grow together, and succeed together.

About You:
You are highly experienced with administrative, project management, managing a Shopify website, managing an Etsy store, dealing with multiple suppliers, providing customer service, and social media management. You are able to frequently update my website, and social media profiles, manage my calendar and stay up to date with all of the projects that I’m working on. You speak and write excellent English as you will be communicating with customers in the US. You have a positive and joyful attitude and believe that your best years are ahead of you. You have dreams that you want to accomplish and steps that you’re taking to get there. You provide great customer service, with at least 2 years of eCommerce, a drop shipping business, Shopify, and Etsy experience. You are really creative and think outside the box.

A Day of Working with Me:
No two days will ever be the same; however, this is how we will start our day.
We will meet daily around 8 am to discuss the day’s activities and any pending assignments. Once our meeting is over, we will both get to work. Your work for the day will include posting on social media, following up with emails, answering clients’ questions, and updating all of my social media profiles. You will go to lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM. Afterward, in the afternoon, you will be curating content for my social media and helping me strategize on ways to build my brand and increase my business revenue. Once the day is over, you will give a report on what was accomplished and what’s pending for the next day.

The ideal candidate must have experience using these websites and apps
Shopify, Etsy, podia, Facebook, IG, Tiktok, and more.
Order Lookup, Help Center, Loox Reviews, SMS Bump, Klavio, Recart FB Messenger, Discounted Upsell, Easy Contract, and much more.

Administrative Tasks
Email Management
Calendar Management
Processing Invoices
Processing Payments
Processing Refunds

Shopify and Store Management:
Order fulfillment
Upload product pictures
Update prices according to promotional sales
Update product inventory amount
Create and update email marketing

Customer Service Support:

Answer emails and phone calls
Live Chat support for website and social media
Contact customers for medium and high-risk orders
Process returns, chargebacks, and refunds

Social Media Support (FB, IG, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest):
Curating content for social media
Contact podcasts for interview
Reply to customer DMs and comments
Help grow social media following
Research accounts for promotional and partnership opportunities
Come up with captivating captions for social media

Data Entry & Bookkeeping:

Classify expenses in QuickBooks
Develop strategies for business growth

Executive Assistance:

Schedule personal appointments as needed
Remind me of important dates and events
Other assignments to follow as needed

The starting salary for this position is $400 per month. The hours are 8 AM to 5 PM with lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM, Eastern Standard Time. I will also increase your salary and provide bonuses depending on your performance. Application closes on Friday, January 6. Interviews will be held on Sunday morning, January 8.
