About Kind Vine:
Kind Vine is a unique wine brand dedicated to celebrating teachers and providing them with exceptional wines. Our mission is to become the best wine brand in Maryland and expand our reach across the United States, ultimately achieving a significant exit. We manage operations, production, wholesale client management, and events/festivals. We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our growing business, particularly in e-commerce and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:
Pull reports from Square and create spreadsheets.
Enter data into forecasting and sales spreadsheets.
Maintain the FESW spreadsheet with accurate data entry.
Invoicing:
Create invoices on QuickBooks for review.
Handle Vinoshipper invoices bi-weekly by pulling data, entering it into the FESW spreadsheet, and creating QuickBooks invoices.
Event Coordination:
Spend 2 hours per week researching and signing up for events like markets and festivals.
Track applications and outcomes in a spreadsheet.
Social Media Management:
Manage the Facebook group ‘Teachers That Wine’ by posting, commenting, and encouraging member engagement daily.
Post daily teacher memes on Instagram and engage with followers to increase social media presence.
Website & Email Marketing:
Make updates to the website using Elementor.
Manage email campaigns and journeys on Mailchimp.
Develop landing pages for email collection.
E-commerce Growth:
Implement strategies to grow online sales, specifically targeting Facebook groups and ads.
Create and manage effective email marketing sequences.
Engage in high-leverage social media activities to increase followers and email sign-ups.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Square, and Mailchimp.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with Elementor or similar website builders is a plus.
Intelligent, quick, and able to think on their feet to solve problems efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the wine industry or a passion for wine.
Background in marketing or business development.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
