Job Description

REQUIREMENTS I AM LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced Virtual Assistant or relevant experience with that role, using the following:
• Experienced and swift with Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets & Google Slides;
• Familiarity with graphics, finding or creating, sizing appropriate images for an article or event or post
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, YouTube)
• Familiarity and ease with Video editing, cutting videos, adding in images and subtitles and title cards and uploading
To YouTube or Vimeo, Google Docs, etc. I’d also like ease with seeing how to make multiple smaller versions
• Familiarity with Mailing Lists (currently on Active Campaign platform but may move back to MailChimp or another)
• Solid writing skills, I supply a theme, topic or idea, or a transcript, and you bring it to life in prose, lovely formatting
• I have 3 books on AMAZON at present, and hope to complete one or two book revisions, by the end of the year. I may need some formatting help, or I can give to the artist who originally did them for me/haven’t decided, yet.
• Ability to clean up basic newsletters/emails and make them look sharp – professional and compelling
• Knowledge of online calendars and creating scheduling/automation reminders (e.g. Acuity Scheduling)
• Familiar with PayPal, SquareSpace, Venmo links and events platforms like EventBrite, for session or product sales
• Ideally I would also like the ability to create additions of products, such as books and ebooks, to the SAM CART platform and integrate to SquareSpace for sales
• I also have a LearnDesk by Google membership; I would hope I can make use of it by beginning to upload an online course to this website. It actually looks pretty deliberately easy to use, but I will need help with that so I can focus on content
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Somewhat knowledgeable about SEO and blog writing, for me to supply theme and foundational content

• I’ll soon be designing some online courses, and will need help making them look good and keeping things organized
• A tasteful sense of graphic design, and can create pdfs and flyers, etc., when needed.
• I’d love you to be even more concerned with details than I am, with a solid understanding of spelling, punctuation, phrasing and meaning/context.
• I have lots of information, and need someone who is organized, clear-thinking and good with keeping a large number of things organized and easily found/retrieved on demand as I have several interests and project areas
• A learning lover – I have many courses I’ve purchased and not yet completed and may ask for you to take and summarize the course, on occasion. So, be willing to do that for me.
• I want to work with people who are excited about making the world a better place for everyone – helping them with our work to be positive, hopeful, more informed about self-care in the world.
• Someone whose mind is marketing savvy, and can naturally ‘see’ opportunities for re-using my content in multiple ways

ABOUT ME:

Here are a few things you should know about me:

• I am a trainer of trainers in the world of Energy Psychology. I offer training several times a year, mentoring all year round, write resource books. I also see clients online, and am looking to make online courses so I can work less days, hours
• I seem to have a difficult time ‘marketing’ my courses and working in a timely, organized fashion to gather attendees/customers and making more income; I need help with this
• I have a WordPress website that is perhaps more complicated and less targeted to turning readers into clients; I would like to take a look at this situation, possibly moving to a much simpler, more targeted website
• I have a lot of ideas and my chief frustration is not being able to have enough time, technical acumen and focus to bring them to fruition; that’s where you would come in!
• I used to be a film/TV producer and have always treated my coworkers, department heads and laborers with respect; I am a big fan of the golden rule, treating others as you wish to be treated yourself
• I will give bonuses for exceptional work, as I belief in excellence and strive for it, myself
