Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Filipino Assistant to join our team. This position is based in the Philippines and offers flexible working hours. If you are organized, detail-oriented, have experience with invoicing customers, possess excellent communication skills, and can provide assistance to both our Australian and UK teams, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

Hourly Rate: $7-9 AUD per hour, based on experience.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 2-4 hours per day.
Availability: 11 AM Brisbane time – 3 PM Brisbane time.
Possibility of additional hours if required.

Responsibilities:
– Invoicing customers accurately and promptly.
– Assisting with general administrative tasks.
– Maintaining records and databases.
– Communicating effectively with team members.
– Communicating and requesting information regarding company vehicles from our sales representatives in Australia and New Zealand.
– Assisting UK sales representatives with their tasks and providing support as needed.
– Communication with the UK team to send out orders and ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:
– Fluency in written and spoken English.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Prior experience in invoicing customers is preferred.
– Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment.
– Good communication skills: Promptly respond to inquiries from our office in Australia and the UK.
– Good home office setup: Ensure a noise-free area for effective communication.
