Candidate Requirements:
– Customer Service Experience minimum 1 year -REQUIRED
-Attention to detail
-Quick learner
-Good communication is key
– Etsy management experience is plus but not required
– Shopify experience is plus but not required
-Klavio experience is plus but not required
Candidate Responsibilities:
– Manage behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, including handling wholesale and retail platforms like Etsy and Shopify
– Monthly follow-ups on retail sales, garnering reviews and addressing past orders
– Monthly follow-ups on wholesale orders, securing store re-orders, collecting reviews, and adding new locations to the website
– Platform optimization, including Etsy, Faire,
– Upload weekly emails into Klavio-ensure all links work
– General administrative duties, including uploading, updating photos, pricing, and inventory
– Experience with platforms like Faire and is ideal but not mandatory
– Display friendliness, responsiveness, and effective communication when seeking assistance or posing questions
– Training modules will be provided for specific projects
-Etsy management-customer inquires, reviews, messaging, order issues, follow ups, coupon sending, ad monitoring, inventory management
-Send Monthly Tax Report to accountant
-social media scheduling and posting
-create social media templates with branding
-Upload weekly blog into Shopify
-Create invoices
-Time reporting/payroll tracking
-Social media-tracking & reporting
-Social media engagement with wholesale retailers
