Position: Digital Support Specialist for Client Outreach, Assistance & Expansion Efforts

Primary Duties:

LinkedIn Interaction:

Enhance and oversee the LinkedIn account to ensure optimal exposure.
Extend tailored connection invites to prospective contacts.
Engage with posts from potential clients and industry frontrunners to amplify our brand’s presence.
Email Outreach:

Compose, plan, and dispatch emails targeting potential contacts.
Organize and segment the email database for niche campaigns.
Track replies and classify contacts based on their engagement.
Facebook Group Interaction:

Engage in pertinent Facebook groups, partake in dialogues, respond to queries, and subtly highlight our offerings.
Disseminate insightful content to establish our brand’s authority in the field.
Data Management & Exploration:

Record and oversee data pertaining to contacts, clients, and promotional efforts.
Undertake research to pinpoint potential contacts, market shifts, and sector-specific knowledge.
Assistance with Daily Tasks:

Provide support with miscellaneous tasks as needed, ensuring a fluid operational flow.
Client Interaction Maintenance:

Oversee and refresh a CRM tool with contact and client specifics.
Guarantee prompt follow-ups and keep systematic digital documentation.
Skill Development:

Dive into learning resources like Google Sheets tutorials, promotional courses, etc., to refine abilities and add value to the enterprise. (Sponsored by the company.)
Leave Provisions:

While we lack a structured leave system, leave applications will be evaluated in line with operational demands and sanctioned accordingly.
Prerequisites:

High school certification isn’t mandatory, but an enthusiasm to evolve and adapt is essential.
Familiarity with social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
Proficient in communication, both in writing and speech.
Skilled in juggling multiple tasks and setting priorities.
A genuine zeal to evolve alongside the enterprise and align with our broader vision.
