Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management:
* Maintain and organize schedules for the company’s leadership team.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
* Send timely reminders and updates to ensure punctuality.
* Facebook Marketplace Posts:
* Create and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace to sell products.
* Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and provide necessary information.
* Monitor and update listings as needed.
* Scheduling:
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and calls with clients, team members, and external partners.
* Manage time zones and ensure all parties are well-informed.
* CRM and Project Management:
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Assist in updating and managing client and lead databases.
* Assist in project management tasks, including organizing and tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
* Light Editing of Photos:
* Edit and enhance product photos for online listings, ensuring they are appealing to potential buyers.
* Personal Assistant Tasks:
* Handle personal tasks for company executives, such as booking travel, making reservations, and handling personal errands.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).
* Knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and experience with online selling.
* Basic photo editing skills (e.g., cropping, resizing, enhancing).
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
* High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
