Job Description

Hi there. I am a property business owner in the UK. I am looking to work with a professional to help me out with building my social media presence to help my business marketing. I love working with people who have a good sense of humour, who can overcome problems in a relaxed and calm manner, and who are experts with Facebook and are willing to take initiative. I like to trust the people I work with to complete tasks to a high standard without trying to micro-manage how those tasks are completed.

You will have access to my social media sites (ie Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).

The initial role will be for approximately 5 hours per week, but the nature of the role is one that these hours will have to be spread out across the week rather than be done in one day.

The following tasks are a list of the types of things I am looking for at this stage, but there is an opportunity for the role to grow for the correct candidate.

1) At least one post on my personal social media every day
2) Posting my services to several different Facebook groups on a weekly basis
3) Collecting relevant responses to said posts, responding to relevant posts, and collating potential customer information and begin building a CRM system
4) Some video editing. Eg. I might send a video of me doing a 30-minute talk. You might have to edit the talk up into relevant 1-3-minute segments and repurpose this content across my social media platforms over a period of time.
5) Transcribing audio
6) Emailing/liaising with customers/clients (scripts will be provided)
7) Searching for potential property deals using UK property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc)
8) A high level of written and spoken English is required.

Training will be provided for all areas, as will scripts and content for social media posts, but I am very happy to work with someone who can take initiative, and I am open to ideas of how we can best work and grow together.
