Position: Virtual Assistant – Customer Service and Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team at EduClean. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will have the option to work either from (12:00am – 9:00am) or (5:00am – 2:00pm) Manila time, which translates to 9:00am-6:00pm or 2pm-11pm Pacific Standard Time respectively, with a one-hour unpaid break in the middle of the shift.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
– Schedule employees for various cleaning assignments using scheduling software or Google Sheets.
– Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
– Utilize QuickBooks Online for invoicing, payroll, and other financial tasks.
– Manage documents and files using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
– Demonstrate self-motivation and punctuality in responding to messages, emails, and requests.
– Ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately, demonstrating a high level of organization and reliability.
– Create and manage online ads using platforms like Canva to promote our services effectively.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service and operations roles.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
– Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Experience with scheduling software or using Google Sheets for employee scheduling.
– Familiarity with creating online ads using Canva or similar applications.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
