Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant to provide marketing assistance and administrative support. This remote position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality work in the realms of social media management, basic graphic design, and back-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation, scheduling and analytics management of social media content across various platforms.
Design basic graphic materials for marketing purposes, ensuring brand consistency. (We provide templates)
Email campaign design
Prepare and analyze back-end reports to support decision-making.
Perform basic administrative tasks including scheduling and email management
Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks in a remote setting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or relevant role in a remote setting.
Strong skills in social media management and basic graphic design.
Proficient in Google Workspace, social media schedulers and basic graphic design tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work overlap with CST
Video editing skills are definitely a plus (Please mention these to us!)
Real Estate experience is a plus
