Job Description

We are looking to find a fun & energetic person to add to our team. This job will require you to create before and after photos & videos, create original content, manage our social media pages, type blogs, reach out to prospects, and a few other tasks when needed. We are a growing family business and are simply struggling to keep up with these tasks. We have Canva Teams, Hellowoolfy, CompanyCam, Zapier, and other software to make this job easier. We will go over tasks one at a time as you learn to do this, it is all fairly simple and with a creative mind can be done quickly. There is the opportunity for this to turn into full time work in the future as our company grows and we get to know you and your work. In the event it turns into full time it would come with the appropriate pay increase. The only make or break requirement is that you are available to manage our social media during daytime hours here, which is in Florida in the eastern standard timezone. The time we would like to be covered is 10am till 3pm Monday through Friday.

Before and After photos and videos:
We take photos and videos of every job using CompanyCam (CC) to document the process, any damage, and finished results. Daily or weekly whatever works best for how you enjoy working, you will go through the projects and creating before and after photos and videos. Also keeping the projects and files organized in CC. Starting out this will be a rather long process as we have not kept up with this very well. After it is all caught up it should be a rather quick task to do daily or weekly. Starting out this will be a daily task until it is caught up.

Manage Social Media Profiles and Pages
We have a vast online presence but we are really concerned with Facebook and Instagram. We use HelloWolofy to post to all our social platforms and we will go over that in greater detail in content creation. We need you to be able to post to groups, respond to comments, respond to messages, and a few other things i’m sure I am forgetting right now. But basically everything to do with our Facebook and Instagram is managed daily (Monday-Friday) using business suite. We of course are always available for any assistance you need with this, its just to much for us to manage while outside working.

Until the before and after photos in CC are all caught up and projects organized these will be your only tasks in order to get caught up quickly and not overwhelm you with learning too many tasks at one time.
