Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant who is eager to evolve alongside our company, potentially growing into roles within marketing or brand management. This position is ideal for someone with stellar communication skills, a robust work ethic, and the capability to manage tasks independently. Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily administrative tasks including email management, scheduling, and calendar organization.
+ Create and maintain a structured email strategy, including templates, responses, and folder organization.
+ Handle communication rerouting and establish processes to manage incoming inquiries.
+ Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing notes, and handling follow-up tasks.
+ Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sync-ups with team members to ensure smooth workflow and maintain ongoing projects.
+ Assist with project management using tools like Asana and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
+ Build strong relationships through regular video calls with team members.
+ Prepare and send daily email updates on tasks completed and questions that require attention.
+ Drafting content, proofreading content and making copy edits for social media posts, blogs, and client proposals.

Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
+ Working between 9am – 12pm EST is required; remaining hours can be flexible based on the successful candidate’s preferred schedule.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ High proficiency in Google Suite and digital communication tools.
+ Basic understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
+ Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
+ Able to access and download the Timeproof Application

Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with CRM software and project management tools like Asana.
+ Knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms.
+ Video and content editing
+ Experience conducting market research and competitive scans
