Virtual Assistant

I need a skilled and trustworthy virtual assistant who will be my right hand in my business operations.

An all rounder who can cover a wide range of tasks from customer service to managing orders, managing contractors and general admin support. You will be involved in many aspects of the business and report directly to me.

You’ll need to have the following skills:

– Honest and reliable.
– Highly organized and efficient.
– Perfectionist, super attention to detail.
– Good english skills, for email and phone communication.
– Ability to handle customer and contractor support (chat, email, phone).
– Willingness to learn and the humility to change.
– Trustworthy, with strong personal integrity.

I want a VA that takes pride in their work. For this role you should be the kind of person who takes ownership and responsibility for your decisions. The kind of person who can use initiative to solve problems when required.

You must be willing to work hard, bring a positive attitude, and tell the truth at all times.

This job will be difficult. I will challenge you, but also help you to grow. Full training will be provided, so if you are humble and willing to learn, this will be a good fit and you will develop in this role.

As your employer, I will be tough but fair. I will extend trust to you, and if you reciprocate that trust, I will provide stability and we will work together for a very long time. My other employees have been working with me for many years.
