Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented virtual assistant based in the Philippines to work remotely in the U.S. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team by handling various tasks such as managing schedules, making travel arrangements, responding to emails, and performing data entry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

Manage the calendars of the team members and schedule appointments and meetings
Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the team members
Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of various documents
Take care of payment items such as billing, invoicing
Do basic data tracking and organizing with spreadsheets
Research and gather information on various topics
Be fluent and comfortable conversing in English and speaking with vendors or coordination
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with investors for basic communication and scheduling
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, newsletters, and other documents
Monitor and maintain the organization’s social media accounts
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Know or be able to learn project management tools like Asana

Requirements:

Prefer 5+ years experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsive with emails, calls, messaging
Ideally already has access to a U.S. phone number that can call and text
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Familiar with using CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Syndication Pro, Hubspot) or can learn
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Availability to work remotely during U.S. business hours (EST Time Zone or PST Time Zone) consistently on a daily basis during consistent times
Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
Show reports with personality tests, typing score, and internet speed
Work schedule – United States EST Time Zone or PST Time Zone
Candidate should currently be working in a US Time Zone. *This is a requirement.*
