Responsibilities:
Outreach:
Initiate outreach to potential real estate investors using Chatgpt and online resources to craft compelling messages via LinkedIn.
Liaise with black founders on Y Combinator’s co-founder dating platform for potential collaboration opportunities.
Apply for projects and tasks on various remote job sites to generate leads for the accounting business.
Make proactive phone calls to Houston-based companies within specific industries to convert them into paying clients.
Recruiting:
Actively seek out and recruit professionals with specific skill sets, including accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, Google Looker Dashboard designing, website designing, Google Sheets expertise, billing expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance, and skilled slide deck designers.
Administrative:
Manage and organize email correspondences effectively.
Arrange and coordinate flight bookings and travel arrangements.
Schedule meetings and ensure timely reminders.
Oversee the timely payment of monthly bills.
Confirm the receipt of rental income.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in utilizing Chatgpt for effective outreach.
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
Competency in managing and organizing Gmail accounts.
Experience using Notion for efficient task management and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
