Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support Lucas Root across his varied business endeavors. The ideal candidate will handle a range of tasks from content creation and project management to communication and administrative duties. Success in this role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management and Creation:
Assist in developing and refining various written materials, including books, articles, and blog posts.
Manage and update website content, ensuring high-quality, engaging materials.
Design and format workbooks and educational materials, incorporating feedback and revisions.
Use Canva and similar tools to create visually appealing graphics and social media content.
Extract and format text from emails and documents for use in social media posts.
Look carefully for the best practices in content development to enhance overall quality.
Project Coordination:
Monitor progress of ongoing projects, such as book publishing and website development.
Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Provide updates on project milestones and adjust timelines as necessary.

Administrative Support:
Manage communications, including emails and messages, and respond promptly.
Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and events.
Prepare invoices, contracts, and other business documents.
