Job Description

Hi! we are a rapidly growing cleaning and linen hire business based out of Sydney Australia. We assist property owners achieve success with their Airbnb properties in multiple locations around Australia. As we grow we are looking at getting help for the following tasks.

Staff management including but not limited to

– Sourcing staff, shortlisting, vetting and interviewing
– Quality control (Checking daily reports online)
– Account/Client management

We are looking for a super star available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. With varied hours on Tuesdays and Wednesday to cover other staff. Weekends are not required although there will be instances you may need to work a weekend to help cover other staff holidays.

The right candidate will have impeccable communication skills, be well organised, have knowledge of slack (communication app), google docs and sheets, facebook and other job advertising websites, and can keep up with the constant flow of incoming information that needs sorting and directing to staff and management. We are looking for someone that can think outside the box, grow in their role and not rely on constant supervision.

Training will be provided on our processes and web based apps.
