Client Inquiry Screening & Vetting: Assess and qualify potential clients.
Community Management: Engage with and grow online communities.
Website Management: Maintain and update the company website.
Content Creation: Develop original content for multiple platforms.
Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy.
General Marketing Management: Support overall marketing efforts and campaigns.
Affiliate Management: Manage affiliate partnerships and programs.
Press Releases: Write and distribute press releases.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects to ensure timely completion.
Brand Partnerships Seeking: Identify and pursue potential brand partnerships.
Preferred Experience:
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and materials.
Blogging: Write and manage blog content.
Photo Editing: Enhance and edit images for various uses.
Video Editing: Produce and edit video content.
Social Media Reels: Develop engaging reels for social media platforms.
WordPress: Manage and update WordPress websites.
Later: Utilize Later for social media scheduling.
Google Suite: Proficient in Google Suite applications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a virtual assistant role or similar position.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify and improve systems and processes.
