Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: 1 Full-time;1 Contract

The Recruitment Virtual Assistant will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and hiring process. This position involves performing tasks such as sourcing potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable using digital technology.

Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms and resources to identify potential candidates for open positions. This may involve posting job ads, searching databases, or reaching out to potential candidates on social media or professional networking sites.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Handle any changes or issues that may arise and ensure all parties are promptly informed.
Applicant Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate. This includes tracking where each candidate is in the hiring process and ensuring that all steps are completed in a timely manner.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between the candidates and the company. Respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and recruitment team. This may include tasks such as managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand online. This might involve sharing company news and events, highlighting company culture, or responding to reviews.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. This may involve scheduling orientation sessions, assisting with paperwork, or coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Technology Skills: Proficiency with digital technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.
Confidentiality: Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
