About the Role:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of a UK property investment and management company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and preparing expense reports. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom & Skype. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, be resourceful, innovative and proactive to support the CEO of the company. Being able to think independently is highly valued and you need to have good communication skills to share information efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to emails and phone calls.
– Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
– Maintaining and updating contacts and meeting notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
– Capturing receipts, categorizing expenses, paying invoices and preparing monthly or quarterly reports.
– Perform market research and create presentations of findings.
– Format information for internal and external communications – memos, emails, presentations and reports.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace (Gmail, sheets, drive, docs, meets) and CRM software (Hubspot)
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar)
– Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
– Solid organizational and time management skills with a fanatical attention-to-detail
– Bookkeeping experience are a plus
– High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
You will only be required to work for 5 hours a week, with the potential of this increasing to 10 hours a week in 3 months time.
