As an Email and Pre-Recorded Video Coordinator (Virtual Assistant), you’ll play a vital role in managing client communications and engagement. Your responsibilities will include crafting thoughtful email responses, scheduling appointments using templates, and creating informative videos with pre-recorded audio using tools like Loom. While prior experience with tools like Notion and is a plus, comprehensive training will be provided. Your daily routine will involve responding to inquiries, producing video content, and ensuring the success of our outreach by monitoring engagement metrics and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally and promptly respond to incoming client emails, using templates to schedule appointments.
– Create informative videos with pre-recorded audio using Loom (you will not be in front of a camera), showcasing our offerings and addressing client needs.
– Collaborate with the team using tools like Notion and to manage client information and communication strategies.
– Efficiently manage email responses and video creation to meet daily objectives.
– Upload pre-recorded videos into and send them to clients as part of the outreach plan.
– Monitor video engagement metrics and update data spreadsheets with accurate open rate records.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with email communication etiquette and professionalism.
Basic understanding of video creation and willingness to learn tools like Loom.
Proficiency in using Notion and is advantageous, training will be provided.
Attention to detail, ensuring accurate data recording.
Daily Routine:
Start the day by addressing any outstanding client inquiries and responses.
Concentrate on creating high-quality pre-recorded videos, utilizing Loom to showcase products or convey information.
Upload pre-recorded videos to and dispatch them as part of the client engagement strategy.
Monitor video open rates from the prior day and update the data sheet.
Collaborate with the team to refine templates and strategies, improving client interactions.
