Technical Assistant – Remote/Virtual

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for young, driven, and highly tech savvy individuals who want to have a career in the tech/operations side of business to join our fast-growing team and work in a flexible and high pace environment.

Salary – 600 USD – 750 USD per month

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

– All inboxes have the right category in ClickUp (In use for outbound, WarmUp, backup)
– Manage lead sheets in ClickUp and ensure they all have the right name, amount of leads and category (catch all or valid) and risky batches are in
– Organize and split leads that have been scraped in spreadsheets according to the employee sizes, job roles.
– Clean leads using Million Verifier and company names
– Report on key activities on a daily basis and ask questions if needed to ensure the quality of work.
– Scrape leads in Apollo manually using the right account that is linked to the client.
– Tasks are finished before the deadline, when this is not possible give an update to teammembers and set a new due date for the tasks.
– Leads are scraped before the deadline to ensure they are ready for the campaigns.
– Buy and set up domains and inboxes for current and new clients.
– Work closely with the head of lead gen to ensure the campaign launching structure and scraping structure is met.
– Set up all campaigns in Smartlead on Friday so they are ready for launch on Monday morning.
– Ensure incoming replies are handled during the day in Smartlead according the right tag that is mentioned in the SOP (Keep – track of SDR- notifications channel in slack to tag positive replies fast)
– Fill in the stats in the Scorecard for the scrum meeting for the lead gen team to plan the week ahead (Monday Morning)
– Keep track of the campaign overview board and update it if necessary
– Daily review Smartlead and ClickUp to ensure the campaign status in CU is always the same as in Smartlead.
– Ensure slack messages of team members are handled within 1 hour and there is an mid-day update shared at 1PM Amsterdam time.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Highly Tech-savvy – the ability to work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Make, Slack, Calendly, Click-Up, Airtable and other tools
Preferably experience working as a lead generator for a marketing, media or real estate agency
Good communication, both verbal and written
Fluent in English
Responsible and honest
Positive and Empathic attitude
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing atmosphere

The hire will be given a list of tasks and responsibilities they should expect to have proficiency over after 90 days. If they are the right fit and continue, then a 12-month roadmap will be planned out for long-term growth within the company.

Hours:

Generally 09:00-18:00 Amsterdam time, but the hire will be expected to pick up critical issues both off-hours and on weekends. In return, the hire will be given flexibility during normal workdays provided their work is completed on time and to the company’s standards (i.e. a doctor’s appointment mid-day is no issue provided it does not clash with critical meetings, etc.)

Note: Most days, the current founders/staff work 08:00-18:00 Amsterdam time.
