Virtual Assistant

Hi future teammate!

We are a social enterprise company in edutech space and I am looking for a virtual assistant I can trust and who eventually I can form a long-term working relationship with. I am based in Singapore, so we are in the same time zone.

Primary tasks will include:
Create written and visual relevant and versatile content for social media posts for Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
Write SEO-optimized posts based on the keyword research
Engage with our audience and groups to increase brand awareness
Plan the Social media and blog posts content calendar and track the statistics.
Learn, create, propose, implement SEO strategies and SEM campaigns
Analyse statistics, provide insights and make recommendations on how to improve follower count, engagement rate etc.
Write PR releases if needed
Tracking / recording / data entry tasks for KPI management
Other administrative tasks and SOPs, as they come up

There are three phases to this job:
1. Onboarding
You will familiarise with our target audience and the content calendar as well as the social media work that we do.
2. SEO work – Writing and Designing
You will focus on learning how to do SEO for the company and what type of content you need to create as well as the frequency required. You will also track how well our posts does on various platforms and be empowered to make recommendations to improve the post’s search ranking. You will also help us to gain followers and leads through the SEO efforts.
3. SEM work
Once the foundations is established, we will begin our SEM work where you will get hands on experience on doing paid ads and analysis.

Who should apply:
-Someone with high attention to detail and able to learn, propose and execute workflow well
-Someone who can create beautiful visuals on Canva and write well without the use of ChatGPT
-Comfortable some level of uncertainty (as we develop, systems and SOPs may change along the way)
-Great attitude: coachable, able to adapt, can learn well and learn quickly, speaks their mind, not afraid to provide ideas and solutions to improve and innovate and tell me when i’m wrong (I very much welcome it!)
-Someone who is resourceful and able to research on possible solutions
-SEO or SEM knowledge is a plus, if not, you will be given the opportunity to learn and apply on the job. 🙂
