We’re in search of a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us enhance our data processing capabilities. As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our data entry standards and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
You will also be tasked with basic video editing, so a decent computer is required,
Position: Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Execute data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Manage data maintenance in Google Sheets, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately inputted.
Handle administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Put ‘iluvxcl’ in your job application when you apply. Coordinate with the team via Slack for updates and task assignments, maintaining clear and effective communication. Support the team in streamlining processes and improving data management techniques.
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience in a remote work environment, preferably with a strong background in virtual assistance.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with at least 1 year of direct experience and a solid understanding of quick commands.
Familiarity with Slack and a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
Experience with premire pro / video editing (basic video editing ) is a bonus
Understanding of premiere
Work Details:
This role is initially offered as a part-time position with the opportunity for transition to a full-time role based on performance and compatibility with our team’s needs.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in data entry and administrative support, with a focus on data management and organization.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Initial Compensation: $3.3/hr as a part-time role during the training period.
Post-Training Compensation: Potential transition to a full-time role at $4/hr, based on performance and fit.
Training Schedule: Friday – Wednesday. The schedule becomes flexible after the initial 2-week training period.
