Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
Maid Squad Ozarks is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital remote role, you will uphold the high standard of service our customers expect, supporting seamless communication and administrative processes. Your contribution as a Virtual Assistant includes follow-ups on quotes, scheduling cleaning requests, customer service follow-ups, correspondence management, and assistance with job closure and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-up calls on open quotes to convert potential leads into customers.
Process incoming requests for cleaning services and schedule them efficiently.
Perform customer service follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction post-service completion.
Manage company emails, respond to inquiries, and forward messages appropriately.
Assist in job closures, ensuring all service details are accurately recorded.
Handle billing and invoicing, collaborating with the finance department for accurate record-keeping.
Respond to emails and text messages from clients or team members in a timely and professional manner.
Uphold professionalism and brand representation in all customer interactions.
Utilize various software tools for effective task management and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or a similar role.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and aptitude for learning new systems.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools is highly desirable.
