We’re a dynamic real estate media company based in Canada, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and highly skilled virtual assistant to join our team. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and social media management.
This is a full-time position with bi-weekly compensation, with the potential to transition to a permanent role after a 3-month probationary period. You can expect to work 5-8 hours per day, 5 days a week. As we’re based in Eastern Canada, you’ll need to kick off your workday around 8 or 9 am EST to ensure timely project deliveries to our clients by 1 or 2 pm EST.

Responsibilities of the role include:
* Filter and send pictures to the editing team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Download photos from our editors and meticulously check each image for sharpness, composition, colour accuracy, and any imperfections. Make minor edits as necessary.
* Collaborate with editors to address any corrections needed or make adjustments independently.
* Export and upload content to our content delivery platform, ensuring seamless delivery to clients.
* Edit 3D tours to create captivating virtual walkthroughs, and verify accuracy of address and starting location.
* Review video content for smooth transitions, accuracy, and typographical errors.
* Ensure floor plans are accurate, verifying bedroom count and other details. Add measurements manually to floor plan images.
* Create listings in our content delivery platform for each order, ensuring all deliverables (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) are accurately represented.
* Verify completeness of agent and order information before sending listings to agents with correct invoice details.
* Curate and publish engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including crafting captivating captions and relevant hashtags.
Qualifications you need to have:
* Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
* Access to high-speed internet (you will need to download and upload large files 3GB+)
* Familiarity with 3D tour editing tools and video editing software).
* Access to Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Chrome.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct imperfections in visual content.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Prior experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
